We offer coaching services — conversations, sessions, and advisory work aimed at helping clients see and change patterns in their lives, relationships, and businesses. Specific offerings, formats, and pricing are described on the Work with me page and confirmed directly before any engagement begins.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Coaching is collaborative. Results depend on your own participation, circumstances, and choices, and we make no guarantee about specific outcomes.
Pricing for each engagement is agreed to before work begins. Payment terms are confirmed directly with you at that time.
If you communicate with us by text message, that use is governed by our Privacy Policy, including how your information is handled and how to opt out. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
What you share with us in the course of coaching is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our services are provided as-is, without warranties beyond what is legally required.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
